In this Phase we will be combing Rehab, Recovery, Flexibility & Mobility Stretching, and Endurance Training to prepare you for Phase 3 Weight Training. This program like Phase 1, will continue to help you SLIM your waist, BUILD your booty, SCULPT your legs, and TONE your problem areas.
By sticking to the plan you can see results or a transformation in as little as 3-4 weeks or already have because you completed Phase 1!
Exercises can be modified to your own Fitness Level.
This plan requires gym access.
Does not include meal plan.
*For best results, move on to Phase 2 once completing Phase 1 thoroughly.
